Super Science

Wednesdays from 5-6pm: Super Science

Every Wednesday we offer a one hour science activity open to all museum visitors. Each week is a new activity, so be sure to join us each week!

EcoArt Flier

Thursdays from 5-6pm: EcoArt
FREE with museum admission

Stop in every Thursday for a one hour art activity using recycled materials. Feed your creative side and save the planet at the same time! New activity every week.

RoboLab

Fridas during the Summer from 11am-1pm: Try-Out Tech
Ages 6 and up (Lego Mindstorms ages 8 and up)
$3 members • $6 non-members

This program follows monthly themes, building each week on what was accomplished the previous week. Themes include Lego Mindstorms, Scratch Annimation, PICO Crickets, Monkey Jam, and other forms of technology that facilitate creative problem solving and include interactive technology. All programs are designed to be attractive to girls as well as boys and are facilitated by bilingual staff allowing the projects to be completed in English or Spanish. Sponsored by IBM.

Puppet Palooza

Saturdays during the Summer at 3pm: Puppet Palooza
FREE with museum admission

Each week the Imaginarium Puppeteers bring a new children's story to life! Bring your little ones to watch the show and join in the fun. Puppet Shows are immediately followed by a story related activity.

Create It! Workshop

Special Saturdays (Once a Month): Family Create It! Workshop
Ages 5 and up
$3 members • $6 non-members

Each class includes all supplies and the kids create a finished product to take home! In the past workshops have included workshops in car design, LED lights, and circuit building for jewelry and jitterbots. Each Saturday brings a new workshop, so be sure to check with the museum each week for a new subject!

Art What You Eat Sundays from 4-5pm: Incredible Edibles
FREE with museum admission

Create a work of art or science project with supplies that can be found in your kitchen.
